VOTING un-- I CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS AND INITIATIVES In case of a constitutional amendment or initiative submitted to a vote of the people, you punch the ballot by the answer you want to give. The amendment or initiative will be in the form of a question. Vote FOR if you want to answer yes and AGAINST if you want to answer no. HOW TO GET HELP TO MARK YOUR BALLOT If you are blind, disabled, unable to read or write, unable to read or write the English language, or physically unable to enter a polling place, you may be helped by someone you choose.
