On November -- This Along with the privilege of voting for the candidates of your choice, you will also have the opportunity to vote on two proposed amendments to the Utah State Constitution and an initiative. This Voter Information Pamphlet has been prepared to help you amendments to our state's constitution and the initiative. The pamphlet contains information on the proposed constitutional amendments and the initiative which I believe will be of assistance to you as you make your decisions how to vote.
