Carbon team members Jason Quigley, Pete Pell and Wes Noyes rode but did not place in the rodeo. Kernodle said it was the only goal scored against Pleasant Grove in the last five games. Carbons hope for securing a spot in the top three region teams was squelched that same day when Lehi won in another game. The medley team placed sixth while the mile relay team placed fourth. Ray Loy and Clayt Harwood are the other two members of the medley team, while At-- , v the 800m run. Kernodle noted sophomore as the fourth leading scorer in the region. The all region teams should be named next week after the state matches have been completed.
