Golden, the portrayal of color- - Kimball, will play for the next month in the Little Bowery at Promised Valley Playhouse, 132 So. State, as part of th 1986 LDS Summer Theatre Festival. Actor has Bruce Ackerman returned to Utah to recreate the role he originated in the premiere of n show at James Arringtons BYUs Pardoe Theatre in 1982. Since then Ackerman has portrayed the outspoken LDS general authority in one-ma- more than 100 performances throughout the intermountain west, Florida, Tennessee, New Jersey and Nebraska. He last performed J. Golden in Kingsbury Hall on the UofU campus in November, 1983. J. Golden runs daily, except Sundays, through August 23.
