A salesperson shall remain at the sales location at all times when open to the public unless suitable lock- ing devices are provided to prevent unauthorized access to the merchandises by others, or unless the merchandise is removed. (Rev. 485) (4) Each permitee shall be required to have in force and to show proof of personal and- property and public liability insurance in the amount of $100,000$300,000 setting forth the city as a named insured. (5) All retail sales locations shall be equipped with fire fighting equipment; extinguishers with a combined rating of at least 2A:10-B:shall be used. (7) Outdoor Stands: In addition to the regulations and standards set forth in this Chapter, the following standards are established for outdoor retail sales: (7.01) In all outdoor retail sales locstlons, the area where fireworks are displayed or stored shall be at least 50 feet from any device which dispenses flammable liquid or gas, or other highly combustible material. (Rev. 485) (7.02) Temporary buildings and stands for the retail sales of fireworks shall be constructed on hard surfaced areas in compliance with local regulations, or If none, in accordance with nationally recognized good practice. (7.03) All outdoor retail sales locations shall have adequate parking facilities, providing for orderly and safe ingress and egress of vehicles, and shall be kept dear of dry grass or other combustible material for a distance of at least 35 feet in all directions and shall not be allowed in any zone, except those established M-M-C D, as C-by the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of Murray City. (7.04) All outdoor retail sales locations shall be at least 100 feet from any church, health care Institution, or school building. (7.05) Smoking shall not be permitted within 50 feet of any fireworks, either on display for retail sale or being stored. "Smoking prohibited within 50 feet" signs (in letters not less than 4 inches high) shall be conspicuously posted. (7.06) The size of the stand shall be limited to a maximum of 200 square feet with no dimension exceeding 24 feet. (7.07) Each stand shall have a minimum of two, 30" wide X 68" high, exit doors, which swing out at opposite ends of the stand.
