Carnahan president of Utah Technical College. Talamge, the schools vice president for development, died unexpectedly last week. "Mr. Talmage served the college for 32 years in a number of administrative capacities. He was intimately acquainted with hundreds of faculty and staff and was a friend to many of the scores of thousands of students who passed through the college during those years, said Carnahan.
