She is a graduate of Jordan high and Brigham Young University with a B.S. degree in accounting. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Norman Awerkamp and graduated from Cottonwood high. He attended the Brigham Young University and filled an LDS mission to Spokane, Washington. Christensen took Daryn Daybell for his bride in a wedding ceremony performed on May 13th. Daybell and is a graduate of Cyprus high. She is now working as a secretary for a local brokerage firm. The groom is the son of Ella Christensen and the late Dell Christensen of Magna. Nancy Astill, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. The brides brother Mark, an officer in the Air Force, flew in from Guam for the ceremony. The club presented Sherry Spetz with a gift upon her completion as president.
