Greenwell, Farmington, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kathy, to Neil Gordon Cox, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Cox, Hooper. The groom is the son of Donald R. Coatney and Mrs. Marilyn Coatney both of Grand Junction, Colo. Attending the bride were Miss Carolyn Criddle, her sister, and Mrs. Verna Christensen of Parma, Ida. Mrs. Julie Davidson was at the guest Mr. and Mrs. Stanley H. Hafen of Las Vegas, Nev. A wedding reception was given that evening at the home of the brides parents in Layton. The following evening they were honored at an open house held at the home of the grooms uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hafen, in Las Vegas. book. The classes are sponsored by the Golden Spikes Square Dance Club and by Layton High community classes. The Golden Spikes welcomes all beginners and regular dancers. They wore gowns of peach colored dotted swiss featuring a round neckline and an empire waist accented with lace satin ribbon. They wore gloves and carried lace fans covered with flowers.
