ON SEPT. 29, there will be a room mothers tea in the school at 4 p.m. with Renee Jones and Carma Luke, hostesses. There will be individual pictures taken on Oct. 4, 1:30 to 8 p.m. ON OCT. 13, there will be a regular PTA meeting at 7 p.m. with Val Morton, Farmington police chief, presenting a film and program on safety of children. There will also be a Big E program on child safety, kj Museum LAYTON - A special fund Founder's Fund-Raisin- AUCTION items can be viewed at the museum prior to Day raising dinner will be held Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. at the Heritage Museum in Layton. A buffet dinner will be served. An auction will follow the dinner. Swim-A-ThoThe annual Swim-A-Tho- the dinner. Sealed bids' will be taken on auction items. Phillip A. Reid and Justin Baker are both being honored as outstanding wolfs in the Lavton 7th Ward Pack 163. WITHIN A year's time theyve both earned their wolf rank and completed requirements for all 10 arrows within that rank. This requires at least 150 requirements each completed. Tuesday, Sept. 21. Pack 163 honored these boys and their parents, Clint and Julcne Reid and Lloyd and Ruth Ann Baker as the first to have earned these advancements within the 22 year history of Pack 163. Everything they can earn, they have earned. DONATIONS may be made at the door or pledges will also be accepted. The baby was bom Aug. 19. His name is Samuel Adams Carl- sruh. Other children in the family include Esther, Rachel and Abraham. The babys grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Harris Adams of Layton and Mrs. Martha Knowlton Brooke of Salt Lake City. The child has three greatg- randmothers. They are Mrs. Ruth H. Adams, Layton; Mrs. Edwina Knowlton, Layton; and Mrs. Grace Carlsruh Mack of Cincinnati, Ohio.
