He talked about the importance of knowing what regulations are involved in your business. Regulations can be burdensome but they are an integral part of business, McColley said. Some of the teenagers were wondering about the employment situation in Roy. McColley said jobs are tight but some are available. He gave the teens some pointers to follow when looking for a job. He advised them that they first should find out what kind of job they want and find out what is available. Then they should find out something about the business before they go for the interview. The teens should dress up and sell themselves. He reminded them that an employer is looking for someone who wants to work. McColley said success is really spelled 14 Oz.
