Christmas in Cleveland Many events are scheduled in Cleveland surrounding Christmas and honoring town heroes. On Dec. 15, at 5:30 p.m. meet at the city hall for caroling throughout the town, 6:30 p.m. is tree decorating at city hall, 6:45 p.m. is a party at the LDS church with Santa then an awards ceremony to honor local heroes with dinner and entertainment to follow.
