He was formally installed in ceremonies Wednesday night at a Hill AFB dinner meeting that featured James Hansen, Mr. Kilfoyle has been a Chamber board member for the past year and says a board meeting April 28 will allow for input on goals and concerns to be tackled in the coming year.
