Show Lynsey Thomas to wed Zachary Brooks June 10, 1998 - The Pyramid - Page Three i SPRING CITY David and Sherry Thomas announce the marriage of their daughter, Lynsey, to Zachary P. Brooks, son of Lorine Atwood and Ivan Brooks, Denver, CO, on Saturday, June 13, 1998. The ceremony and luncheon will be held at the Chillon Reception Center in Spanish Fork. They will make their home in Ames, IA, where Zachary will finish his degree at Iowa State University. Although no reception will follow there will be refreshments served. A dance will be held in their honor that evening from 6 to 9 p.m. at the park. Music will be provided by the "Phat Ole Professors". All are welcome to attend. Wes Arnoldson, EUen Anderson FOUNTAIN GREEN Hyrum Dee and Mary Annie Butler Hansen were married on June 8, 1938, and will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday, June 13, from 2 to' 5 p.m. at the Fountain Green City Hall, 270 West 100 North. In 1938 he began working for the Soil Conservation Service as a soil surveyor in Arizona, later transferring to Price. He served in the U.S. Navy from April 1943 to October 1944. He worked for the Alpine Conservancy District from 1944 to 1958, with an office in Lehi. In 1958 the family moved to Castle Dale, where Hyrum Dee worked for the SCS on projects such as Joes Valley Dam, Mill Site Reservoir and Electric Lake project. In 1972 he was relocated in Ogden, retiring from his job in 1974 to settle in Fountain Green. Hyrum Dee has been greatly involved with the Lions Club and scouting throughout his life. His greatest hobbies are farming and sheep. Marys devoted her life to raising a large family, gardening, church service and sewing. PLEASANT Kim and Dorothy Morley announce the marriage of their daughter, AnaLisa, to David Grant Jacobson, son of Darrell and Susan Jacobson, Fountain Green, on May 23, 1998. He worked hard on the farm, milking cows and herding sheep. In 1941 he was called to serve an LDS mission in the North Central States. He married Royce Morley of Moroni on Feb. 3, 1944, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They have seven children, Judi (Brent) Ogden, David (Linda) Johnson, Peggy (Allen) Bossa, Randy (Betty) Johnson, Kim Johnson, Polly Johnson and Jeanie (Kim) Poulson. They have 19 grandchilntains ' ' v's Melissa Bowles, daughter James and Wendy Bowles, Mt. iJed Paul Jorgenson, Moroni, Pleasant, received her Young from Utah State Womanhood Recognition graduated on June 6, with a University Award on June 7.
