She was a veteran of World War II where she served in the WAC An active member of the LDS Church, she taught Primary, Relief Society, Sunday School and YWMIA She was a visiting teacher and assistant ward librarian. She was a member and former captain of Daughter of Utah Pioneers. She is survived by brothers and sisters, Leon S. Norman, Seattle, Wash.; Darlene N. Carter, Tacoma, Wash.; JoEll Fowles, Ml Pleasant, and Norman D. Spencer, Maplelon. The pageant will be performed July 11, 12, 13, and 16 through 20 on the Manti Temple Hill. A logo, sketched by Janet Louriero specifically for the anniversary will appear on flags, signs, etc. Other plans include a reception and program in July for all who have ever taken part of helped in any way with the pageant. A new book containing history of the past 25 years will be available at the pageant Ross and Linny Findlay, Ephraim, have been in charge of research and publishing. He was born Jan. 7, 1938, in Salt Lake Gty, to Donald F. and Phyllis Bleazard Gardner. He married Charlotte Marshall, June 4, 1969, in Salt Lake City. He lived his life for his family and his horses. He was skilled at carving leather. He made beautiful saddles, leather purses, belts, and other items. He was a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans after having served in the U.S. Navy.
