Show Page Two The Pyramid April 23, 1986 Pyramid Editorials Comments Letters to the Editor Now is the time Boys brand Grass roots government begins with you! You can become involved in the decision making process of your county, state and nation by becoming involved with the process whereby candidates are chosen and supported and platforms are written by participating in your neighborhood mass meeting next Monday. Republican and Democrat parties have candidates who have filed for various county and state positions. At the mass meetings citizens will elect delegates who will vote their wishes regarding these candidates not only at the county conventions, but at the upcoming state conventions. Delegates to the county convention will be in a position of deciding who is eleminated from the primary ballot in the commission race and in the Democrat Republican two-yerace for county sheriff. These deciding votes will reflect the grass-root- s thinking which will take place at next Mondays mass meetings. You may even want to become a delegate or party worker yourself. Mondays mass meetings will give you an opportunity to try. If you are not sure where your meeting will be held, contact your party chairman or your city hall. Now is the time to become involved in the decision-makin- g process. classmate with hot coin ar Dixie Spencer, has technician, been selected Sanpete Valley Hospitals employee of the month.
