She carried a bouquet of maroon roses with baby breath. Marjean Warnick was maid of honor with Susette Pierce, Mrs. Mark Bowles and Gayleen Warnick as bridesmaids. They wore maroon taffeta dresses with gray sash with square neck and puffed sleeves. They carried two maroon roses with gray ribbon. THE MOTHERS chose dreses of pink and creme color, street length and corsages of maroon roses with bpby breath. Flower girls were Lauralee Bowles and Marcie Bowles. BEST MAN duties were performed by Richard Solomon with David Warnick and Glen Hoenicke as ushers. MR. AND MRS. RALPH HOWARD WARNICK Alicia White and Ralph Howard Warnick were married Jan. II in the Kaysville 7th Ward by Bishop Warren Johnson. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Harold and L. and Glenna White of 788 S. 50 W., Kaysville. The groom is the son of Jolecn Warnick and the late Ralph H. Warnick of Salt Lake City. The couple was honored at a wedding lunch at the Sizzler in Layton and a reception that even PRENUPTIAL parties were given by Tristan Larkins, Marilyn Neville, Elaine Naegle and by mother-in-laand daughters in Salt Lake City. Susan Hardmen attended the guest book. w THE BRIDE graduated from Davis High and LDS Seminary. The groom attended South High and Valley High School. After a honeymoon to Wendov-er- , Nev., they are making their home in Sandy. 544-875- Michael D. Bunting, formerly of Layton and graduate of Layton High School, has recently been promoted to the rank of Corporal, in the U.S. Army, Erlangen. Germany. He is a memberof the Mult- iple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) and will be stationed in Germany until January of 1987. WHILE CPL. Bunting has only been stationed at his present post one year, he has been promoted in rank three times. He was named Soldier of the Month" for his unit, (Cl-9- 4 MLRS) then moved on to the battilion board to win Soldier of the Month. He then competed for Soldier of the Quarter, winning that title which entitled him to a trip to Berlin and East Berlin, a $50 savings bond and a gift certificate from the AAFES. From there, he was nominated to compete for Soldier of the Year, European Forces. He has received six letters of commendation from his commanding officer and superiors, and five certificate of achievement awards. CPL. Mr. and Mrs. George G. Kershaw flew to South America where they met their son Elder David G. Kershaw who was released from serving an LDS mission to the Mission. They met many of the friends of Davids in that mission and toured other areas of Chili and the ruins, in Lima, Peru and Rio De Janeiro returning after a 2'h week vacation. John and Annette Bull and three children moved to Las Vegas. Nev. to make their home. Mrs. Bull is the daughter of Hal Sheffield and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Fred Sheffield. include Attorney and Mrs. David E. Bean, and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Yarbrough, all of Kaysville. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon J. Willis have returned from vacationing a week in Mazatlan, Mexico. Alan Winters son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Burton Winters underwent major surgery last week at the Humana Davis North hospital. He is convalescing at home. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Gurr spent a week in St. George where he participated in a golf tournament. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Crawford and son Jon of Napa, Calif, are Robert Templeton. Mrs. Crawford is a sister of Mrs. Templeton. Mrs. Marjorie Thatcher and conference held at Bamberg, many in October of 1984. Ger- CpI. Bunting is married to the former Donnell Bennett, also of Layton. They have one son, Ryan, and all reside in Germany. Michael's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack Crossen, 534 W. 2400 N., Layton and Donnells parents are Mr. and Mrs. Garry J. Bennett, 868 N. Aspen Way, Layton. Mrs. Dorothy Bergstrom accompanied a group of the Good Sam T rail-e- r Club to Arizona and California on a three week vacation trip. They visited at Parker Dam and also attended the Date Festival at Indio, Calif, among other events scheduled for the club. Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Whicker of Bossier City, La. have a new son born to them named Christopher Clodfelter Whicker. He is their third child. The grandparents making the news known are Mr. and Mrs. Ben R. Whicker, Kaysville; Mr. and Mrs. Monte Hammond of Alaska. Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Johnson and two sons Jeff and Wesley and daughter Michelle and their other Mr. and daughter and Mrs. Larry Page motored to Springville on Saturday where they attended Mrs. Johnsons mother, Mrs. Helen Fullmer 80th birthday anniversary open house. Tristen Talbot, son of Mike Talbot was among the group from Davis High of the debate team to participate in a debate meet in Arizona last week. Mr and Mrs. Dwain Buchanan visited in Cedar City with his sister son-in-la- w Student Of Month SHE IS an honors student, science sterling scholar, a member of the Weber State College honors botany and microbiology program and was a recipient of the Utah High Schools Brigham Young Uni- versity state science award. Ronda is taking several advanced placement classes and plans at Weber to study State. She received a cash award and certificate. Kaysville Mr. and Mrs. Mel Ward visited in Garland with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Henry Brown. Their son Bryan was home for the weekend from BYU. and Mr. and Mrs. brother-in-la- Ralph Hafen and also visited in Salina with relatives and friends. He has been confined to the Humana Davis North Hospital undergoing treatment for the past few months. They feel he will soon be able to be home with his family.
