About 15.000 providers deliver home care assistance to some seven million individuals who require such services. As the population of people over the age of65 and th ecosts of providg health se: es, home health providers are ‘eatin ways to contain costs and deliver care more efficiently and effectively National health-care expenditures ballooned to an astonishing $900 billion in 1994.
