Grandparents of the bride traveled from Quincy, 111., to attend the wedding. They are Mr. and Mrs. Richard Factor. in Centerville. The couples parents both reside in Bountiful. 'The brides parents are Mr. and Mrs. Phillip A. Sweet. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. W. Eugene Penman. For the wedding, the bride wore a street-lengtwhite voile dress. Schools had to be strong academically and have minimJ al discipline problems; a low t rate; a good record of students who continue on to colleges, universities, or vocational training after high school; and strong programs in several drop-ou- other areas such as music, art, and athletics. A proven involvement by parents and the community-at-larg- e was also part of the criteria by which the schools were judged. When Bountiful High School was judged as one of the best in statewide consideration, the State Superintendent of schools awarded the school a plaque. Details on what sort of award will be forthcoming from Commissioner Bells office are not yet available. Don H. Perkins, principal of Bountiful High, commented, Over the years Ive received a lot of recognition, both as a prinbut cipal and in coaching nothing has ever equaled this.
