October 23. 2004 at her home in Redmond after a long and aliant battle vv itli brain cancer. She w as bom May 5, 1944 in Salina Utah, a daughter of William Eldvvim and Vi ian Deaton Mcchim. She married Dell L. James. September 9, 1961 in Salina Utah. Elda Ly ne vv as a member of tire LDS church, vv here she sen ed as a primary teacher and a scout leader. She had attended Cosmetology School. Elda Ly ne enjoy ed hunting, camping, socializing, and spending time vv ith her family, especially her grandkids. She is sur-viv- ed by her husband of Redmond: cliildrcn: Jolm (Pauhne) James. Margo (Terry Bills) James, all of Redmond; Doug (Rachclle) James of Salina; 6.5 grandsons. 1 granddaughter, mother, Vr ian 1 great-grandso- n; Mecliam of Salina; brothers and sisters: Wallace (Krista) Mecliam. Bill Mecliam. all Salina; Margaret (Cody) Christensen of Elsinore; Glady s (Boy d) Clirislensen of Redmond, and a very special sister, Jane Mecliam of Salina. She w as preceded in death by her father; William Eldvvin Mecliam, CENTERF1ELD. Utali Every Monday and Thursday quilting is held at the Senior Center from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, and dances are held every Friday night from 7:00 p.m.-9:- 00 p.m. with a great band playing all the dancers favorite tunes.
