All-sta- rs Tribune, Deseret News help win at tourney by Ann Braithwaite Last Saturday North SevierHigh School Seniors, Ran Burr, Justin Yardley, Ann Braithwaite, and Shadoe Shaheen, got to play in another game of basketball. The Monroe Lions Club held an game that included lunch and practice earlier that day. North Sevier had four participants. The 2A girls beat the 1A team 105 to 76. Braithwaite scoied twelve and Shaheen by Ann Braithwaite North Sevier athletes, as well as the entire community, have recently been honored in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News. Besides the large article on the Spiiit of North Sevier in the March 16 issue of the Tribune, have been announced. Travis Story was on the first team in both the Deseret News and the Tribune. Chad Mickelsen was awarded 2A player in both papers. Justin scored eight. The 2A boys beat the A team 84 to 82. Yardley scored fourteen and Burr scored eleven. Yardely and Burr were sponsored by Robinson Transport. Braithwaite was sponsored by Robinson Transport and Nelson's Sunbeam Coal; Shaheen was sponsored by Robinson T ransport and BestWestern Shaheen Motel. Yardley and Kris Sorenson were both on the second team in the Tribune. For the girls, Ann Braithwaite and Shadoe Shaheen were on the first teams in both papers. Angie Hawkins received Honorable Mention in the Deseret News.
