resolution 1 providing providen fora committee on reform I 1 school estimates estimates consisting of one f from rom the council and two from the house was so amended as to read two from the council and three from I 1 the house the presided deat appointed woolley VVo olley and young on the part of the council the house resolution providing for estimates tor for the reform school called forth a lively discussion by various members of the council as to how it should be handled bandied some advocating that outside parties should obtain the estimates and others claiming that the work should be confined to members ot of the lef legislature it was finally decided to simply increase the number of the committees by one in each house baking them stand two from the council and three from the
