department submitted a report which showed that the expenses of his department from april to date were OFFENSIVE FUMES robert J caskey of the salt lake collegiate institute protested against allowing the premises in the rear of his big building on second east street between first anti and second south to be used by a california paving company for the preparing of paving material on the ground that the fumes fumea from the same game were offensive DONT WANT WATER MAINS H M mccartney and others protested against an extension of water mains on green street on the grounds that they have had no legal notice of the intention of the council to lay jay water mains that the mains are not needed WATER MASTERS REPORT the submitted a report which showed that the expenditures of his hie office for fire department reported that they had conferred with captain donnell the surveyor on in aurance rate and that that gentleman represented that the city had been benefited from the reduction in rates
