Cecil "Baker, Logan, chairman of the womens division of the council. Assisting her will be Phil Dykstra and Mrs. Marjorie Wylie of the National Safety Council and CoL Lyle Hyatt, superintendent of the Utah ' T Highway Patrol .. Keynote speaker at the conferences will be Dr. John Bern-harassistant to the president, Brigham Young University. Following the Brigham Oty session, meetings will be held in Provo, March 6; Price, March 7; Cedar Oty, March 9, and Vernal, March 12. Larsen said he is sending an official survey card to a random sample of farmers throughout the state asking each to report the number of acres he expects to plant in each major crop this year and the number of acres planted in the same crops last year.
