Redd en tertained their sons and daughters at a steak dinner in Parks Cafe in Orem Saturday, the occasion be Mr. ing the 78th birthday anniversary of Mr. Redd. Surrounding the birthday feast were Mr. and Mrs. Ruel M. Redd, Mr. aind Mrs. James Dart and Mr. and Mrs. Mack Snow of Price Mr. and Mrs. Ben D. Redd of Lo gan; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Redd of Murray; Mr. and Mrs. Ted Nel son of Salt Lake City; Mr. hnd Mrs. Orville Harris, Orem. Three grandchildren were in attendance those being Miss Sharon Snow, who is currently employed in Salt Lake City; Miss Dixie Redd, daughter of the Ben Redds, who is a nurse at Holy Cross Hospital; and Phil Harris, who has recently returned from the Netherlands L.D.S. mission and is now a student at the University of Utah. The family hopes to continue this initial celebration in the future. Mr. and Mrs. John Redd left the day before Thanksgiving for Long Beach, California, to spend the month of December. TEEN AGERS GIVE SURPRISE PARTY Rolland Wall and Richard Hansen were given a surprise party on their birthdays by a group of friends headed by Pat Peretti. Meeting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Morris Wall, the young people went in a unit to a picture show, then returned to have dinner prepared by Mrs. Wall and Mrs. Ed Hansen. They concluded their fun party with dancing. Her bridal veil cascaded from an ivory satin pill box. A single strand of pearls and matching earrings were her only ornaments. In her hands she carried a beautiful bouquet of white and red roses. Attendants were Mrs. Marie Knight as matron of honor, and Mrs. Carolene Warren, Miss Marie Warren and Miss Betty Warren as bridesmaids. They were attired in short pastel formals and held nosegays of bronze chrysanthemums. Petite Mary Jo Warren was flower girl. Doyle Warren stood as best man. The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, Boyd Knight. Ushers were Timothy and Marvin Warren.
