Even Salt Lake City residents are horrified at the thought of clear to Brigham driving City for a meeting, as though the drive the other way was shorter for local residents. Some local residents have lots of visitors especially if theyve recently moved from, somewhere else or if they have family coming home particular travel routes and Brigham City sounds like a remote berg halfway to Antar-tic- a to some of them. So it was especially nice to have Grandma and an aunt and uncle visit last week as they from Caliheaded cross-count- y fornia for a leisurely combination of visiting and sightseeing. Our visitors noted how nice the community center was as they peeked into the crafts room, the lounge, and the multipurpose room. We looked at the schools, the churches, industries, the new hospital, and city parks and they thought that Brigham City was a fine little community. Each visitor has personal interests, too, so in this case a tour of the News and Journal office was in order since they wished to see this writers working place and also since the uncle comes from a newspaper family.
