Gallego. ser- Gov- The award was one of four handed out at the zone level with recipients selected from among 36 clubs in northernUtah. It is the top award that can be earned within the service organization. Recipients were selected on the basis of evaluations submitted by. mayors in the various cities in which Lions clubs are located in the district.
