After her husbands death, Mrs. Hansen lived alone for several years before making her home with her son and Mr. and Mrs. daughter-in-laWarren Hansen in East Garland where she had her own apartment. She also spent sometime with her son Wendell and his wife in Salt Lake City. She spent two years in the Pioneer Memorial Nursing home in Brigham City after which she once more returned to live with her son Warren and his wife. Last February she received a broken vertebra in her back and since that time has had care at the Pioneer Nursing Home in Brigham City. Mrs. Hansen was considered a very good cook. She was active in all the church organizations which included serving as secretary of the Relief Society from 1912-4Until her eyesight became dim she made many, many crocheted rugs and other handiwork. her husband She and celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary before his death. They were parents of two sons are and two daughters-tw- o living-Warr- en Hansen who has homes both in East Garland and Buhl, Idaho; and Wendell Hansen of Salt Lake City. There are 17 grandchildren and 37 Mrs. Hansen loves to visit and welcomes visitors who come to see her.
