Biggs, local has announced a new program of training in teaching piano method for five young women who have been her advanced piano students. Ms. Bonnie McIntosh, Debbie Bushnell, Lori Ensign, Marie Raisor and Holly McIntosh are enrolled in a teaching course with Mrs. Biggs in preparation for teaching young and pianist and instructor, beginning piano students private piano lessons. Students accepted by the young teachers will have special group theory classes and recitals, and each teacher will teach the proper piano techniques and music history. Mrs. Biggs states that she adopted the course into her advanced curriculum because she has seen many pianists who are excellent performers but do not understand the basic techniques of transmitting their skills to young students. She is accepting only a limited number of students for advanced instruction in piano, and her five teaching students will work in association with her studio on training younger and beginning students. in .
