Show i Education group BOX ELDER JOURNAL, Brigham City, Utah Thursday, June 13, 1974 sets theme 7 for coming year Theta chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa installed new officers at a recent meeting, and the new board met at the home of new president Ruth Harding in Willard to plan activities for the coming year. The chapter serves all of Box Elder county and is beginning its sixth year as the local unit of a national honorary sorority for women with educators, membership requirements including graduation from an accredited college or university and three years of service in the teaching profession. Serving with Mrs. Harding as president will be Elizabeth Madsen, vice president; Iva Archibald, secretary; Scoring for prizes in the two-da- y activities of the Eagles Auxiliary sponsored ladies golf program in the Tuesday groups Gross Minus Putts tourney were Maida Eichorn and Alma Bryant in the championship flight, and Carolyn Bywater and Charlene Goodliffe in the second flight. Udy said that the store will continue to serve every customer whether orders be large or small. Udy said that they have also installed a new washing system for machines to aid in their office machines repair service. cross-countr- He Outstanding Teacher is considered an out- - Book Lore club reviews Log Cabin Lady Book Lore club met at the home of Ethel Poulter for their June meeting. n Club member Dorothy reviewed a delightful and very interesting book entitled Cabin Log lady, an anonymous biography. She stated that the story of the log cabin lady is one of the annals of America. It has been written by one who did not sacrifice the strength and honesty of her pioneer girlhood, but who added qualities of graciousness and charm which have given her distinction on two continents. The author has given her book to the public solely because she believes it contains helpful messages for other women, she added.
