She is also visiting Mr. and Mrs. John Elmer and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Elmer. LaMar Hall of Downey, Calif, visited his parents Mr. and Mrs. Ellery Hall several days during the past week. Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Davis have been visiting Mrs. Davis sister Mrs. Margaret Fry who underwent major surgery at the University Medical center in Salt Lake City. The Birthday club met with Mrs. Gwen Elmer as hostess Mrs. Thursday evening. Thelma Elmer of San Pedro was a special guest. Following a delicious hot luncheon, bunco was played with prizes going to Mrs. Zina Marriott, Mrs. Rose Elmer and Mrs. Meri Meyer. A Christmas Party was slated for Dec. 19 with Mrs. Zina Marriott as hostess. Mrs. A. R. Hodge were Brigham City visitors Saturday. Mrs. Nina Lamb has spent a good deal of time the past week visiting her father Herman Thompson of Clarkston who underwent major surgery at the LDS hospital in Logan. He is reported to be doing nicely. Vernon Lamb also visited at the hospital with Mr. Thompson. Robert Hawks, a student at Ricks college in Rexburg, visited Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Steed and family enroute to Circleville to visit his parents. DeVerl Nish of Idaho Falls spent a few days the past week visiting his parents Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Nish.
