A new elders was presidency sustained with LouDell Reese as the new president with Robert Anderson and Paul Brown as counselors. Also a new Sunday school presidency was sustained with Samuel Bylsma as president and Eldon Knuz and Gordon Nelson as counselors. Short Vacation Mrs.' Carol Reeder and daughter Sandra recently enjoyed a short vacation which took them to Charleston, S.C. to visit with Carols mother, Mrs. Pearl Woodward who has been ill during this past summer. This was the first time Mrs. Woodward had seen her 23rd grandchild, Sandra so it was especially enjoyable for them getting to know one another. With so many of Carols family living there they were kept real busy visiting with them. One nice thing they saw was a new LDS stake organized with Charleston having the stake center. Another exciting experience was flying both ways. It was quite an enjoyable experience for Carol and Sandra. The entire community were saddened this past week with the death of Lyman Wight. Lyman was known by all the members of the community who i , . stopped in at Holtons. Our sincerest sympathy extended to Bertha and family at this time. is her Returns Home Recently returned home from his mission this past month is Cal Williams. Its good to see him back. Special get well wishes goes to Darwin Vansickle who underwent an eye operation Monday at a hospital in Ogden. Its hard believe to Thanksgiving has come and gone so quickly. It seems like every year time passes more quickly. It was just eight years ago with this issue that I began writing the Perry Pulse. Adrain and Janace Nelson and children, Mitzi, Shelly, Brenda and Clint spent their Thanksgiving weekend in Page, Ariz. where they visited at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Mace and son Brett. While there they took a tour of Glen Canyon dam and really enjoyed the day. Richard and Carol Dickey and family were joined for Thanksgiving by her mother, Mrs. May Kent and a brother Dal Kent of Tremonton and a sister Karma Kent of Rupert, Idaho. Karma stayed with them a few days visiting. Thanksgiving dinner at the Joe Sebeks included Bob and Bonnie Nelson and sons, Russell and Louise Nelson and family of Riverdale and Mrs. Zina White of Brigham City. Mr. and Mrs. Max Nelson and family joined members of Lois family for the traditional Thanksgiving dinner at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Jensen with Jay Glenn and Dennis Ray of Layton and Larry and Carma Jensen and children Again Id like to thank all those who have contributed to this article and let the people of the community know how much I appreciate their support. But I hope with your help during the next years we can make this a better column. Bathroom coordinate sale - 20 off 19 21x24", 24x36" Du Pont 3.99. nylon oblong bath mats with Reg. Parfait design.
