The action took place this past week in Brigham City court. York also drew a five-daterm for speeding 60 in a 35 mph zone. The court granted a stay of execution to March 18. Also this past week, Lyle Wilford Scoffield, 25, Bear River, was fined $50 for public intoxication in an auto. Werner Harding, 92 South Main, Willard was fined $50 for public intoxication. y miles-per-ho- Patrolman Jess Palmer said Brigham City youth was behind the wheel of the passenger car when the truck ran a red light and the two vehicles collided.
