Director Duane Parsons said Tuesday. Many outside yule decorations appeared during the past week throughout Brigham City adding interest and competl tion to the annual contest. Parsons noted. Coveted prize for first place is a travel trophy which may be kept permanently if won twice. Parsons explained that judges would be from outside the local community to make selection of the winning homes as fair and impartial as possible.
