The ordinance states that no mobile home as defined by the ordinance shall be located, placed, used, or occupied in Mona Town except within approved mobile home parks, mobile home sales lots, or mobile home subdivisions. At the present time none of these exist in the town of Mona. A mobile home, as defined by the Ordinance means a trans- portable factory built housing unit built prior to June 15, 1976, in accordance with a state mobile home code which existed prior to the Federal Manufactured Hous- ing and Safety Standards Act. A mobile home is not a manufac- turedhome. A manufactured home is de- fined as a transportable factory built housing unit constructed on or before 1974 in accordance with Centennial Happenings thority to ask that the owner bring it up to code to eliminate the hazards or ask that the owner eliminate the structure. 5-- During the first week of September 1995, the Emery County Centennial Committee plans to unveil the restored Buckhom Wash ancient rock art. In addition, 340 feet of walking trail are plahned to enhance this historical site. Already in process, Emery County schools have integrated curriculum to learn about pioneer ways. And, the high school has combined talents with the community theater to create and produce melodramas to be performed during the Centennial celebration. Robinette cautioned that this code would not be something to be used lightly. He said that to his knowledge it had only been enforced three times in Utah County. A review of the preliminary budget for Mona for the fiscal IwoJima year 199596 put the budget fig- ure at $98,850, up $2,350 from the 199495 budget.
