He will enter the Missionary Training Center in Provo on March 19. Rand will speak at a farewell meeting March 16 at 1 p.m. in the Blanding LDS Stake Center, 900 North 100 West. Rand is the son of Randy and Janet Bradford of Blanding and the grandson of Harvey and Jessie Bradford of Blanding, and Phill and Billie Nielson of Lyn-ndy- l, Utah.
