The citizen had another purebred dog incarcerated in the Monticello facility in the time period immediately following the release of the aforementioned dogs. the pound master was questioned as to the whereabouts of the dog he replied that, yes, When When a complaint was issued against the pound master by the the matter was put citizen, under investigation, A few days later, the citizen inquired as to the disposition of the complaint and was told the matter was still being investigated. As of this date, the dog has not been returned either to its owner or the pound and the complaint has been dropped, not by the citizen but by the officials involved. How can the previous complaint be tabled in preference to the current complaint. Could it be that the pound masters complaint is more important than the citizens? Hopefully, the city council will look into the matter.
