The El Paso Camp has been a beehive of activity, with people moving in and others preparing to move out. The Tom Whatleys and their foui children are a welcome addition as are the Norman Nyes Mr. Nye is the new plant superintendent- - replacing Herb Hunter who is going to Ann-mar- ie. Q?0(sl the Ballard Station out of Bloomfield. On Friday evening, the 26th, Herb and Cleo Hunter were given a farewell party in the recreation hall. The Sonny Paul family will be moving to Chaco this coming Monday, April 5., and then on the 12th the Joe Fortners and Jack Mosleys will be on their way to the Fullerton Camp near Andrews, Texas. Conna miss them all ' like the dickens. Camp sure wont be the same without them. Debbie made a lovely bride, t by the way. The Blue Mt Irrigation Co's Annual Stockholders meeting was held at the San Juan County Courthouse Tuesday evening. New officers were elected, Hedrick Sommervill, president with Max Dalton retained as Vice Pres. , and Larry Bailey as Secretary. New directors are Bill Walton; Cecil Jones, and DeVere Halls' with Daryl Redd being retained as director. They discussed the Blue Mt. , distribution system and measuring devices among other Junes. Mr! and Mrs. Val Dalton and son, Jed, are home from USU to engage in ranch work for the spring and summer months. They are presently living at the seeps. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Pipkin were pleasantly surprised Tuesday evening by a short visit from Katie's brother, Mr, Buck Winters of Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Winters was on his way home from Salt Lake with a load of equipment for his company. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Dalton took their daughter, Gail back to Salt Lake Wednesday. Gail enjoyed her spring break from Stevens Heneger college last week. Mrs. Joyce Coleman and daughter, Danette, accompanied Mr. John Lewis to Snow Flake, Arizona on Monday. Joyce will spend the week visiting her sister, Mrs Betty Levis and family. Mrs. Una Black has been absent from her job at the bank the past two weeks due to an illness. Mrs. Tauna DeGraw and children, Vint, Tobyn, and Kandee of Salt Lake City are visiting her mother, Mrs. Maxine Lyman. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brewer and children, Tracy and Shane of Dove Creek and Mrs, Inez Tracy and daughter, and Kathy went to Monte -auyun iast Friday to help celebrate the first wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Tracy. LuAnne and Tracy stayed overnight.
