Dalla, Civil Engineering Technician in the Montieello BLM District office, was recenlty awarded a quality salary increase by Frank Shields, district manager, Mr. Dalla was cited for his excellent work by R. D. Nielsen, BLM State Director for Utah. In a brief presentation last Monday, Mr. Dalla received a special acheivement award and notification of his salary increase. This award was presented for his outstanding work in the planning and supervision of construction of tf recently constructed 18 m section of road on Hatch Point.
