Sharp gained over 1,000 yards, Stilson had three times as many touchdown passes as interceptions, and Bennett scored touchdowns rushing, receiving, and on an interception. Emerys defense was also tough, holding opponents to under 15 points on average. Sharp. Bennett, Dj Graham, Clements, and Kyle Huntington, along Childs, Behling, and Daniel Tuttle led the Emery defense. The Spartans face a challenge next year because almost all the starters were seniors and will graduate this year. They will also have to face Delta and North Sanpete, traditionally tough teams, on the road. But the Spartans always come ready to play and will be in the hunt for the region championship again next year.
