Show STAKE ROAD SHOW WELL RECEIVED An overflowing crowd attended the West Jordan Stake Road Show presented laat Thursday night, July 12, at the West Jordan Stake House. "Make Mine Music" wa the general theme of the show. Four acts in all were presented. West Jordan Fourth Ward, whose act was entitled "Can She Bake A Cherry Pie" directed by Mr. Richard Rich-ard Hogan, was judged winner and they will present their act in the district finals to be held on July 26 at a place yet to be announced. West Jordan First Ward placed second. Their act wa titled "Grandfather's "Grand-father's Clock" and was directed by Elaine Klotovich. Also presenting acts in the road show were West Jordan Third Ward and South Jordan Ward. The road show was under the general direction of Mrs. JoAnne Rose, stake activity director, assisted as-sisted by Mrs. Clara Hogan and Glenn Benson, atake drama directors. |
