But I wasn't buying it. I have a bunch of framed family photos I'd been wondering what to do with for years. Now I know. I arranged them in the bay, larger ones to the back, smaller ones in the foreground. For accent and to break up the "oneness" of the little vignette, I tossed in a few artsy knickknacks. It's the perfect pulled-togethrogue's gallery and it didn't cost a dime. Saved me money, in fact. Now I don't have to pad the shelf. A considerate friend brought me one of those pots of flowers you find at the grocery store. Plenty bright and cheery. But the plastic pot combined with a green plastic wrap cuddling up to it just wasn't making it.
