Prosecutors said Miss Jahnke was waiting in the family living room with a rifle in case her brother's murder attempt failed. Both sentences are under appeal to the Wyoming Supreme Court. In an interview aired on ABC's "Good Morning, America," the Jahnkes said they had sought help prior to the killing, but found adults unsympathetic. CHEYENNE, Wyo. (UPI) -Ttoro teenagers sentenced to prison for murdering their allegedly abusive father insisted in a nationally televised interview they tried to get outside help but were thwarted by unsympathetic adults. Richard Jahnke, 16, was sentenced to years in prison for waiting in ambush and killing his father, Richare Jahnke Sr., a Internal Revenue Service agent, in the family's garage Nov. 3-- 5-- '"Well, that's basically your problem,'" Miss Jahnke said a 16, 1982. Deborah Jahnke, Ex-Liqu- was sen 18, Williams's Third District Court suit claims he was forced to resign from his job in a state liquor store in August of 1981 and was then changed with theft. He was acquitted 10 months later. Williams alleges he has suffered LAKE CITY (UPI) -Former Utah Liquor Control Commission employee Dan Williams of Salt Lake City has filed a $480,000 lawsuit against the commission, claiming he was illegally domestic problems and her father's obsession with guns.
