University Ave., Provo. The seven 1983 soloists performing on Utah Valley Symphony's annual Youth Artists night are from age 11 to 22. They are Shelley Stewart, Christy a music major. Hoyt, 22, from OREM, will perform the last movement of Paul Hindemith's "Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra." His parents are Earl and Bevery Hoyt, and his eight years of study have included teachers Dale Mon-son, Lynne Gladden Bradford, Lambert, Laurel Roberts, John Daron Bradford and his present Walter Simmons, James Mark So- teacher David Randall.
