Provo will note a milestone Monday when the new City Center will be dedicated at auspicious rites at 10 ajn. The Center occupies the block between Third and Fourth West and between Center and First South. The program, to which everyone is invited, will be followed by tours through the building during the remainder of the day and until about 9 pm. Pictures on this page show scenes at the new structure.
