Pine Valley Mountain, Enterprise Reservoir, Zion National Park, Lake Mead (about an I You know. As you get older the dream seems to fade a bit until at a certain stage in life, when pressures of the rat race or the departure of the kids leave you with a seemingly empty house, those dreams come rushing back. We, too, have had those dreams and we've been able to do something about them! We've found a green valley where the weather is mild all year long (warmer by a long shot than Salt Lake City in the winter and about ten degrees cooler in summer than, say, Palm Springs, California). The place is called BLOOMINGTON. There are still some native stone foundations and a soddy log cabin or two where, 100 years ago, Mormon settlers built their dreams on growing cotton. St. George is just VA miles or so north of Bloomington and the Virgin River bends its way alongside and through it. We "discovered" Bloomington just two years ago. Today Bloomington has a lush, green, golf course; riding stables with gentle horses; a luxurious stone and wood Country 18-ho- le Club with dining room, card room, bar and golf pro shop; four beautifully laid out tennis courts; an ' olympic-siz- e swimming pool; a smaller pool just for young kids; a sports shop with a bunch of trail bikes and one of Ulthose l I J hund ft for yoo! ix wheel, contraptions. k-im- z 1 &fU ' All hour down the road). And if you tire of outdoor activity, there's Las Vegas not much farther. Oh, yes ... we have homesites. Places we think are very special surrounding the golf course, tucked into the red rock hillside, placed with care along both sides of the quiet, meandering river; homesites where people like you are building their "somewhere" dream homes. We fell in love with that Bloomington land, so we've taken a lot of care to see that it stays pretty as a postcard even when more people move in with us. We're putting all utilities underground so no telephone poles will ruin the view. We've put in wide asphalt roadways. We've planted trees, big trees, by the truck load; shaped seven lakes on the golf course and put spouting fountains in them to give the eye some blue water relief from the red sandstone bluffs. We've even built a graceful bridge across the Virgin River. there's room for YOU lots of room! We're not trying to overpopulate the place, but we do want enough people to make it But neighborly folks like you, looking for that "somewhere" place. you'd like to learn more about BLOOMINGTON or take a look at it yourself, why not fill in the coupon and mail it to us. We'll send along a beautiful brochure which we're quite proud of and arrange for you to visit our "somewhere" place. If OMINGTON BL Mail to: BLOOMINGTON P.O. Even though we've made our dream at Bloomington a reality, we're going to keep working in that t, most valley, building the gosh-darndes- beautiful place in the West (maybe even the world!).
