HAWKINS i Rampton Helps Open Geneva's U.S.Savings Bond Campaign Utah Governor Calvin Rampton joined with Utah officials and County management and labor leaders Friday in helping Geneva Worhs get their 1970 U.S. Savings Bond drive off to a successful start. The Governor, in addressing the gathering, stated that this is the only country we've got. "It requires proper methods of financing and the most effective way is through systematic saving's of U.S. Savings Bonds. The Government must compete for money and it needs funds not from just a few investors. It must finance itself through all of the people. It's our obligation to back this up." "And." the Governor I con tinued, "it's not a bad thing for you either." Geneva Works will conduct their bond campaign May 4 - 9 aiming for 85 percent participation by Geneva employees.
