Show Swimming Pool Health Rules To Be Studied V New Lake -- Utah County Health Boad, meeting May 28, will consider a possible county ordinance requiring permit to construct a public ori ' swimming pod. F. Rulon Nicholes, chairman of the health board and member of the county commissioner, said the state law now is confusing.! The state health department does not require a permit, but can close down a swimming pool which does not meet sanitation standards. Since pools must be properly built to meet these standards; it is simpler to insure proper construction in the first place, feel commissioners, If the health board approves the ordinance, it. will then comei before the county commission for ap, t 'J proval.
