TOLEDO, Ohio (UPI) A heated international incident between the United States and Canada loomed today over a wandering sea lion. The itinerant aquatic, known to his friends as Cyril, escaped from a London, Ont., zoo and swani across Lake Erie. He was captured in Sandusky Bay Friday by Toledo Zoo director Phil Skeldon, who quickly let it be known that he had no intentions to return Cyril to Canada.
