(UP) Salt Lake' Herrick, Attorney, Friday was cited for contempt of court and received a fine of $150 and a 30 day jail sentence by Third District Judge A-- H. EUett. The jail sentence was suspended on payment of the fine. Herrick was denied a petition for annulment of marriage for a client when he presented the case to Ellett April 29.
