Edwin Cannon, past president Of :the West German mission, officiated in the Salt Lake LDS Temple marriage. Mr. and Mrs. Glen E. Jacobson are the bride's parents and Mr. and Mrs. James H. Cannon, of Eugene, Ore., are the groom's. A lovely reception took place the next evening at the Univer k Ward Chapel. Mrs. Lynn Jacobson was matron of honor, while Pauline Singleton, Elaine Jacobson, Darlene Dunn, Margary Peay and Lola Mee-chawere bridesmaids. Norma Leavitt was at the guest book. John Riggs was best man and Calvin Hiatt was the usher. The bride's dress was designed and made by her mother of v. rf French imported lace in a draped Si'. apron front with two rows of pleated nylon and a sweetheart neckline. In the back; were tiers A of pleated nylon: The gown was floor length, the skirt flowing over underskirts of nylon and r taffeta. Her veil, which was also designed and made by her moth er, was of bride's illusion edged with nylon lace over a crown of seed pearls. Her bouquet was white glittered orchids and yellow roses. Her matron of honor wore an orchid taffeta dress and carried a basket of white sweet peas. The other attendants wore pastel gowns and also carried baskets of sweet peas. A Mrs. Jacobson wore a pink L brocaded taffeta and a pink fkrnation corsage. Also during the Thursday ses sion plans were formulated for a May 6 observance of Mother's Day and Blanch Clark, junior past president, was allocated chairmanship.
